How do I make an order?

  5. Shipping process start and you will receive your order 3-7 working days. We will send you a tracking number within 72 hours of payment confirmation, and delivery will be done via Aramex couriers.
We have many payment options available for you to pay for your order:
  • Credit/Debit card (Visa, MasterCard) via Payfast
  • Direct EFT Secure via Payfast
  • Manual EFT/ Cash Deposit directly into our bank account
  • Lay-buy
  •  Cash on delivery option is available (on request)

Can I pay using a cheque card?
Yes, if your Debit/ Cheque card has a chip and pin, CVV number and an expiry date, as well as a Visa or Mastercard logo, you can use it to make your payment on our site.

We are based in Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa - We do not have a physical store as we sell online.
What is a CCV Number?
A CVV Number (Card Verification Value) on your credit card or debit card is a 3 digits number on VISA® and MasterCard® branded credit and debit cards.
How Do I pay using a credit / cheque / debit cards
When you select credit card as the payment option on the checkout page, you will be directed to a secure payment page where you can enter your credit card details. This process is safe and secure. Our payment gateway only uses the strictest form of encryption, and we never see or store your credit card information.
Is it safe paying with credit / cheque / debit card on your website?

How do I return?
  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
  • ***NB - Strictly NO refunds and returns for hair bundles and wigs that have been tried on for obvious reasons.
How do I do an exchange?
  • If you would like to exchange your item(s), we ask that you start a return and place a new order for the item(s) that you would like.
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 30 days of your initial order.
  • Items must be in original new condition.
  • For all hair extensions and wigs -- MUST BE UNWORN, uncut including hair or lace (when applicable) and no hair products used on the item.
  • We will not accept wigs, hairpieces, or fashion items after they have been tried on.
  • Must have all original packaging, including all tags and labels.
  • If your returned merchandise is denied, you will be responsible for all shipping charges to return the items back to you.
What items are not returnable?
  • Items that are not returnable include Cosmetics and any item that is deemed hazardous materials such as alcohol and aerosol sprays.
Are there any charges for returns?
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
  • Re-stocking fees may apply at our discretion
How soon will I get my refund?
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 7 to 10 working days.
